Official Rules

1. Who can enter

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of EssorElegant Venture LLC (“Sponsor”) and their immediate family members living in the same household are not eligible. The giveaway is void where prohibited.

2. Sponsor

3. When it runs

Each giveaway has its own name, prize description, and draw date and time. The draw is scheduled in Eastern Time and shown on promotion.davinncigel.com. Entry closes when the round locks shortly before the draw (about five minutes before the scheduled time), or earlier if the Sponsor ends the round.

4. How to enter (three optional ways)

You may receive up to three (3) entries per person per giveaway round — one through each method below. You do not need to use more than one method. The free method alone is enough to enter and win.

1. Free entry (recommended if you do not want to buy): Complete the free entry form on this website with your first name, email, US shipping address, and required confirmations. Limit one free entry per email address per round.
2. Purchase entry (optional): Complete a qualifying purchase on davinncigel.com or the Davinnci Gel TikTok Shop while a round is open. A purchase is only another way to receive one entry. It is not required and does not improve your odds compared with a free entry.
3. Follow entry (optional): Follow the official Davinnci Gel TikTok account as directed by Sponsor for that giveaway. Following is not required to enter or win.

5. Winner selection

At the scheduled time, one (1) winner is selected at random from all eligible entries in that round. The selection is automated. If a selected entrant is ineligible or cannot be verified, Sponsor may select an alternate winner at random.

6. Prize

The prize for each giveaway is described on the promotion home page. Approximate retail value depends on the prize offered. Prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative unless required by law. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

7. Winner notification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the winner using the email or other contact information associated with the winning entry. If the winner does not respond within a reasonable time (as determined by Sponsor), the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

8. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that round.

9. Publicity

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner’s first name or public display name (such as a social username) and home city/state for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

10. Privacy

Information you provide is used to administer the giveaway and deliver prizes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. General conditions

By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions, which are final on all matters related to the giveaway. Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or that violate these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for technical failures that prevent entry. To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release Sponsor from claims arising out of participation or prize acceptance, except where such a release is prohibited.

12. Governing law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Sponsor maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where local law requires otherwise.
